Bulk Transport

Bulk transport is the transportation of large quantities of unpackaged goods such as raw materials. What is being transported is carried loose, as it were. Think for example of a load of sand, stones, liquids (via tank transport), grain or earth. This can be done by road via train or truck or by sea.

Which companies can perform bulk transportation?

Bulk transportation can be carried out by companies that specialize in moving bulky goods, such as shipping and rail transport companies or trucks designed for that purpose with bulk trailers. These are trucks with a bucket that unload the bulk goods to be dumped at the destination.

Different types of goods, such as cement, crops, coal and ore, can be transported via bulk transport.
